Demonstrate a professional, helpful attitude in dealing with patients, visitors and physicians
Process incoming and outgoing calls
Maintain specified logs of emergency codes, on-call rosters and contact list functions with consistent customer focus and a team player attitude
Qualification
Required
High school or GED preferred
One year experience on a multi line switchboard preferred
Organizational, Follow verbal instructions, Interpersonal, and Customer Relations Skills
