Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day operations for workforce and student programs, including externships, clinical placements, and academic partnerships

Manage program calendars, documentation, and communications with internal departments and external academic institutions

Track participant data, maintain accurate databases, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external requirements

Prepare presentations, meeting materials, and status reports for leadership and stakeholders

Collaborate with team members to streamline processes, improve program efficiency, and support ongoing projects and deliverables

Represent the Academic Partnerships team in a professional and service-oriented manner with schools, vendors, and internal partners

Required

2+ years of experience in program coordination, workforce development, higher education, healthcare administration, or a related field

Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface professionally with executives and external partners

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Smartsheet, Workday, or other project management tools a plus

Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience). Focus in Business, Education, Public Health, or a related discipline is a plus
