5+ years expAspen Standard Wealth is building a national RIA platform and is seeking a Business Intelligence Lead to own and scale their enterprise data warehouse and analytics capabilities. This role will be responsible for turning data into reliable, actionable business insights and ensuring the evolution of the data warehouse into a scalable system.

Responsibilities
Own and manage the enterprise data warehouse, driving its evolution from an early proof of concept to a scalable production system
Define and execute a roadmap to onboard all core business platforms and systems into the data warehouse
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting in Power BI that deliver meaningful operating and business insights
Partner closely with business leaders to understand insight needs and prioritize analytics initiatives
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of professional experience in business intelligence, analytics, data engineering, or related roles
Hands-on experience designing, building, and operating data warehouses or lakehouse-style data platforms
Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric as the central data platform, with working knowledge of Azure-based environments
Experience building dashboards with PowerBI or Tableau
Systems Scaling & Building: Builds processes, roles and interfaces that continue to function as the organization grows
Systems Thinking: Diagnoses problems by understanding end-to-end dynamics and interdependencies
