Responsibilities
Partner with clients to define hiring needs and build recruiting strategies
Source top talent using Boolean search, open web sourcing/X-Ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, ZoomInfo, and other recruitment tools
Interview, qualify, and present candidates across contract, direct hire, and executive roles
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer and onboarding
Research companies, roles, salaries, and market data to advise clients
Mentor junior recruiters
Qualification
Required
3+ years of recruiting experience in contract placement, direct hire, executive search, or a combination
Proven success in proactive sourcing, including Boolean, open web sourcing/X-Ray search, and advanced recruiting tools
Strong client relationship and candidate management skills
Organized, disciplined, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience mentoring or supporting junior recruiters a plus!
Established professional network a plus
