Responsibilities
Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI): Verifying all RV components and systems function correctly before customer delivery
Customer Orientation/Walk-Throughs: Explaining the setup, operation, and maintenance of an RV's primary systems (LP gas, water, electrical, HVAC) and accessories
Diagnostics & Repair: Troubleshooting and fixing issues with chassis, appliances, generators, and various internal systems
Preventive Maintenance: Performing regular servicing to keep RVs in peak condition
Qualification
Required
Experience with repairing RVs
Deep understanding of RV electrical, plumbing, gas, and HVAC systems
Familiarity with RV appliances (refrigerators, water heaters, microwaves) and generators
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills for effective customer training
