Maintenance Coordinator / Office Receptionist / Property Management Assistant
Lotus West Properties is seeking a dependable, bilingual (English/Spanish) team member to serve as front-line support for their property management operations. The role involves office reception, maintenance coordination, administrative support, and ensuring operational follow-through.

Responsibilities
Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally during business hours
Coordinate maintenance requests with vendors, tenants, and internal staff (via AppFolio)
Track work orders and follow up to ensure timely completion
Track long-term maintenance projects and recurring jobs
Perform property visits only as needed to confirm work completion
Maintain clear communication between tenants, vendors, and management
Assist with administrative and operational tasks, including:
Organizing and tracking follow-up calls
Printing, scanning, and filing documents
Running occasional office- or property-related errands
Support day-to-day office operations as needed
Qualification
Required
Prior property management experience (required)
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Professional phone manner and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in an office and visiting properties when required
Preferred
AppFolio experience
Experience coordinating maintenance or construction vendors
Familiarity with apartment building operations
