Responsibilities
Lead the technical design and development of multi-platform application systems
Provide functional and technical leadership and mentor software engineers
Collaborate with Engineers, Architects, Product Managers, and Business stakeholders to identify and prioritize technical and functional requirements
Write high-quality, well-tested code with a strong focus on automated testing and validation
Enforce company standards related to development methodology, architecture, security, change management, configuration management, and compliance
Perform complex engineering activities including performance tuning, monitoring, deployment, and production support
Design, implement, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
8+ years of overall professional experience
6+ years of progressive experience in application delivery, including building Java-based high-volume, high-transaction applications
6+ years of experience developing web applications using Java, Spring, and REST APIs
