Responsibilities

Become a trusted member of the country's leadership team and provide guidance on financial strategy to the executive team

Conduct analyses to drive revenue optimization, improve expense management and overall P&L

Participate in monthly closing for management reporting, organize business reviews and drive insights from financial and operational data

Assist finance business partners collect, produce financial projections and forecasts to ensure that the figures align with business fundamentals

Collaborate with all relevant internal stakeholders to improve and enhance financial processes, and provide solutions to improve the accuracy of management reports

Review the procurement applications and financial terms in the contract of each business/department to ensure efficient capital allocation

Required

Experience in finance, consulting, strategy, FP&A

High levels of written and oral fluency in Mandarin are required for this role

Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and financial analysis; advanced in Excel and PowerPoint

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders; strong logical reasoning and win-win thinking abilities

Demonstrated team player who collaborates effectively across functions, and skilled at building and maintaining cross-functional relationships

Self-motivated, agile, and resilient in a fast-paced environment, and has a high sense of ownership and accountability
