Responsibilities
Create visually compelling designs for digital ads, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and printed marketing materials
Develop and maintain brand consistency across all platforms and communication channels
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns
Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts that communicate complex ideas clearly
Assist with video editing, motion graphics, and other multimedia projects (preferred but not required)
Translate concepts and messaging accurately in both English and Spanish
Bring new creative ideas to the table that help strengthen brand presence and support business growth
Work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Minimum 4 years of professional graphic design experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other design tools
Experience with social media design and digital content creation
Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and color theory
Creative, proactive, and able to work independently or collaboratively
Ability to translate business needs into high-impact visual solutions
Attention to detail with excellent time management skills

Preferred
