Responsibilities

Use HubSpot CRM, HubSpot Agents, Breeze AI and other AI tools and foundational models to conduct heavy prospecting efforts, identify and qualify potential leads within targeted verticals and maintain accurate prospect records
Engage initial prospects through AI-assisted communications, nurture early-stage opportunities and hand off qualified leads to sales reps in a timely, organized manner
Become an expert in AI-driven sales tools and techniques, staying current on new features in HubSpot and other AI platforms that can improve efficiency and performance
Support AI training and enablement by sharing best practices and assisting with sessions that help sales team members effectively use AI-driven prospecting tools and HubSpot CRM features
Assist with HubSpot optimization and data management, including maintaining CRM data quality, configuring properties, building workflows and creating dashboards and reports that provide visibility into pipeline health and prospect engagement
Build, test and optimize HubSpot sequences and AI-assisted outreach campaigns, track performance metrics and adjust strategy and messaging to improve results over time
Work directly with the Director of AI & Strategic Sales Support to share frontline insights from prospecting efforts, recommend improvements and help refine AI-first sales strategies

Required

Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM, including managing pipelines, customizing properties, creating workflows and generating reports
Experience with HubSpot Sales and Marketing Hubs, including sequences, playbooks, dashboards and data hygiene best practices
Comfortability with AI-powered HubSpot features, including Breeze AI, and the ability to integrate these tools into day-to-day sales workflows
Demonstrated experience using AI tools in sales, such as conversational AI platforms, AI agents, automated outreach tools and large language models (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
Ability to design and refine AI-assisted outreach (email, sequences and messaging) that feels personal and aligned with the GO2 brand
Comfort experimenting with new AI technologies and quickly assessing which tools and workflows provide measurable value
Inside sales or sales support experience with a focus on prospecting, lead qualification and pipeline building
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make AI-assisted communication feel human and authentic
Ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns and follow-ups while maintaining organization and responsiveness
Collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a cross-functional AI and sales enablement team
Curiosity and an AI-first mindset, with a track record of applying technology to solve problems, improve efficiency and enhance prospect engagement
Minimum of 2 years experience in inside sales, sales development, sales operations or a similar role involving CRM-driven prospecting
Hands-on experience working with HubSpot CRM is required
Experience using AI tools (LLMs, AI agents or automated outreach platforms) in a sales or marketing context is required

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred but not required
HubSpot Sales Hub Software Certification (required within the first 60 days of employment)
Breeze Essentials for Partners Certification (required within the first 60 days of employment)
AI Essential for Partners Certification (required within the first 60 days of employment)
HubSpot Marketing Hub Software Certification (required within the first 60 days of employment)
AI-related training or certifications (for example, AI in sales, prompt/context engineering or similar programs) are a plus
