Responsibilities
Develops, maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of Superior internal/external guest service by all team members
Ensure department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures
Safeguard, maintain, repair and monitors all electronic gaming devices (EGDs)
Directly participate in machine moves and conversions
Run and analyze machine reports with the ability to explain any inconsistencies
Knowledge of all promotions and events
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School graduate or equivalent
Knowledge of mechanics required
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer skills
Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations
Respond to visual and aural cues
Read, write, speak, and understand English
Able to work flexible shifts
Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations
Pass a company background investigation
Must be 21 years of age
