Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with business leaders and hiring managers to better understand the business, to obtain detailed job requirements, to understand critical aspects of the position, and develop an effective recruiting strategy for assigned requisitions

Utilize social networking sites, diversity sources, and other job boards to timely bring a diverse and qualified slate of candidates for each position

Screen, recruit, interview, and select the best candidates for specific assigned roles based on position requirements

Serve as a brand ambassador, promote a positive company image to potential candidates

Create and maintain requisitions, sourcing and interview activity, and applicant flow in HR System/Applicant Tracking System to ensure compliance and to follow established department procedures
