Responsibilities
You’ll provide exceptional customer support to claimants throughout the claims process
You’ll spend 50-75% of your time conversing with stakeholders to ensures claims are efficiently brought to a final resolution within 30-45 days
You’ll assess new and existing claims for coverage, conduct claim investigations and establish clear claim action plan for timely claim resolutions
You’ll communicate with claimants using empathy to gather necessary documentation
You’ll apply policy guidelines to determine coverage and claim validity
You’ll maintain detailed claim records within the internal claims systems
You’ll comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements in all applicable jurisdictions
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of customer service experience
Eager to learn new skills within the claims and insurance industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Eye for details, supporting thorough investigations and precise documentation
Willing to obtain State Specific Adjuster Licensing within 6 months of employment
