Responsibilities
Manage Human Resources (HR) for an Area
Implement and audit compliance with company and Region HR policies
Serve as a Business partner for the Area Vice President and coach/mentor Branch HR personnel in carrying out compliant HR programs and resolving issues
Conduct performance investigations and provide representation at hearings on HR matters
Provide financial controls for costs related to Workers Compensation, Benefits, Unemployment and Hiring
Qualification
Required
Recruitment experience
Employee Relations to include Union related experience
Management experience with direct reports
Calm, polite, and professional behavior
Reliable and self-motivated
Ability to meet deadlines
High level customer service
Computer literacy
All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred and 3 years' experience in a HR Manager capacity
