Responsibilities

This position is responsible for removing flash from injected plastic pieces with the use of hand tools
Using provided hand tools to remove flash from injected plastic pieces
Responsible for quality of the pieces you trim
Using provided hand tool to remove flash from injected plastic pieces
Meeting department production needs
Responsible for showing the supervisor first piece
Notify Leader or Manufacturing Mgr. of any plastic parts with defects and/or quality issues
Visually inspect parts for various defects
Record production for labor reporting

Qualification

Plastic injection machine operationGeneral manufacturing experienceHigh School DiplomaTeam communicationLift 40 pounds

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) from an accredited institution (Required)

Preferred

Ability to lift 40 pounds
Minimum of 1-year experience operating plastic injection machine
General Manufacturing Experience
Ability to effectively work AND communicate as part of a cell team
