Responsibilities
Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
Coordinate tasks and activities among team members to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within scope
Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Report and escalate issues to management as needed
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, team members, and clients
Prepare and present regular project updates and status reports
Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies
Monitor and manage project risks and issues
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, and status reports
Ensure all project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in project management or a related role
Proficient understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with team members and stakeholders
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Preferred
Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello)
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified associate in project management (CAPM) certification
Agile or Scrum certification
