Responsibilities

Drive new business development and revenue growth within your assigned territory by identifying and cultivating new opportunities
Manage and expand relationships with an established customer base while consistently hunting for fresh business prospects
Collaborate closely with leadership to execute territory-specific growth strategies
Develop tailored sales presentations and proposals that highlight technical advantages and ROI
Deliver onsite technical training and provide light troubleshooting and product support when required
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events, supporting marketing initiatives and lead generation
Maintain accurate sales activity records and pipeline updates using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
Ensure timely follow-ups on quotations and maintain exceptional responsiveness to client needs
Contribute to the ongoing expansion of the company’s market share across North America

Qualification

Technical Sales ExperienceMechanical EngineeringB2B SalesCRM SystemsAutoCADCommunication SkillsPresentation SkillsRelationship Building

Required

2+ years of experience in technical or industrial sales, ideally in mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems
Post-secondary education in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
A proven track record of success in consultative B2B sales, including proposal development and negotiation
Strong mechanical and technical aptitude, with the ability to interpret drawings or schematics
Must be self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Experience working with CRM systems
Ability and willingness to travel extensively (50–75%) within the assigned territory in the U.S. and Canada
Valid driver's license and passport
Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment

Preferred

Salesforce experience considered an asset
AutoCAD experience is an asset
