Responsibilities

Assist Production Technicians with daily setup, changeovers, and operation of printing and manufacturing equipment
Support equipment cleaning, organization, and routine maintenance activities
Observe and assist with troubleshooting mechanical or quality issues under supervision
Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks to ensure printed products meet specifications
Help track production data and maintain accurate logs of downtime, performance, or material usage
Participate in Lean and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving process efficiency
Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards to maintain a safe and organized work area

Required

Excellent communication, focus, and problem-solving abilities
Assist Production Technicians with daily setup, changeovers, and operation of printing and manufacturing equipment
Support equipment cleaning, organization, and routine maintenance activities
Observe and assist with troubleshooting mechanical or quality issues under supervision
Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks to ensure printed products meet specifications
Help track production data and maintain accurate logs of downtime, performance, or material usage
Participate in Lean and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving process efficiency
Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards to maintain a safe and organized work area
Standing or walking for extended periods while operating or observing machinery
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and handle materials safely
Manual dexterity and attention to detail when handling tools and equipment
Ability to communicate effectively with technicians and supervisors during shift operations
Occasional exposure to production noise, machinery, and industrial materials

Preferred

Mechanical aptitude and interest in learning equipment setup and maintenance
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step procedures
Reliable, punctual, and proactive in supporting team goals
Willingness to learn Lean Manufacturing and quality control principles
Basic experience with hand tools or mechanical systems is a plus
Eagerness to grow into a potential full-time Production Technician role
