Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support platform strategy and IT strategy development

Create and implement IT operating models to enhance efficiency

Lead Agile transformation projects, including planning, execution, and continuous improvement

Drive technology transformation efforts, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations

Design and architect technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices

Lead collaborative selling efforts, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Required

Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field

8+ years of professional experience in management consulting or a related role

Experience with Agile methodologies and technology transformation processes

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead project teams

Proven experience in collaborative selling and business development

Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members

Open to working onsite at Capgemini Hub locations and travel to client site
