Learn how to plan, balance, and forecast a financial budget for a multi-million-dollar operation
Learn from and shadow TJX finance and distribution/fulfillment leaders
Gain exposure to the full lifecycle of our off-price business model
Participate and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Required

Candidates with a genuine interest in a long-term career within our worldwide logistics operation
Rising Juniors and Seniors currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program or students enrolled in 2-year degree program
Available for the full duration of the internship program during the summer of 2024
Strong analytical thinkers with sophisticated problem-solving skills
Proven leadership experience, team collaboration and strong communication skills
The confidence and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
An entrepreneurial drive, strong work ethic, and business acumen
Able to accommodate a flexible work schedule depending on business needs

Preferred

Degree in Finance / Accounting / Business majors preferred but not required
