HUMAN RESOURCES COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST
Prince William County Public Schools is seeking a Human Resources Compliance Specialist responsible for processing employment mandates in accordance with Local, State, and Federal guidelines. The role includes managing documentation for newly hired personnel and providing information about compliance regulations to various stakeholders.
Primary/Secondary Education
Responsibilities
Processing employment mandates in accordance with Local, State, and Federal employment guidelines for all newly hired School Division personnel
Fingerprinting
Processing of Form I-9s
Documentation verifying identity and work authorization
Child Protective Services Forms
Freedom from Tuberculosis
Hazard Communications and Blood-borne Pathogens
Maintains and supports the ID Badge Process for newly hired staff for the School Division
Provides basic information about compliance, mandate regulations and procedures to administrators, applicants, classified, instructional, substitute and temporary employees
Performs work with minimal supervision
Qualification
Required
Ability to work in person and physically report for work on site
Processing employment mandates in accordance with Local, State, and Federal employment guidelines
Fingerprinting and processing of Form I-9s
Documentation verifying identity and work authorization
Child Protective Services Forms processing
Freedom from Tuberculosis documentation
Hazard Communications and Blood-borne Pathogens knowledge
Maintaining and supporting the ID Badge Process for newly hired staff
