Project Coordinator
PFS Group is a nationwide patient account management firm based in Houston, Texas, seeking qualified Project Coordinators to join their team. The Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring client needs are met as per the Master Services Agreement and achieving internal project goals, while also managing high-stress situations and supervising Liaisons as needed.

Responsibilities
Communicating to the Account Executive any client-related concern or potential threat before it reaches crisis mode
Assist in preparing Month-End Executive Overview Report for clients. Month-End Reports are due to the client by the 5th working day or 2 days after internal distribution
Observe and assist as directed with monthly invoice process. Edits can only be made by an Associate Account Executive or Account Executive, and approval needs to come from the Account Executive. Invoices must be approved for delivery on the 1st day of the month OR the date designated by the Executive Team
Maintain and communicate issues and successes on the Customer Service Log
Proactively identify and communicate trends internally to the Associate Account Executive and Account Executive
Facilitate monthly/bi-weekly Workgroup meetings with internal staff
Supervisor Onsite Support Reps, providing support when needed, motivation, timekeeping, and annual evaluations
Work with the IS Department to resolve recon issues
Monitor Support accounts to make sure they’re being worked timely and to identify support that may be hung up and impacting AR aging
Draft agendas for monthly/bi-weekly Operational Meetings with clients and facilitate meetings when Account Executive isn’t available
Handle escalated and complex customer service inquires via phone, email and/or written correspondence
Communicate client specific information to the Account Executive
With oversight, coordinate daily work efforts of the team
Develop and document policies and procedures for all SOP’s
Completing daily project task: ATB/Status Code Aging, Operations Report, Statement Check Report
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Customer service principles and practices
Confidentiality a must
At least four years in the hospital revenue cycle industry
Stable job history
Preferred
At least two years of management experience
Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
CRCE, CRCP, or CRCS strongly preferred (CRCS must be acquired upon hire)
