Responsibilities
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions
Address workplace concerns, grievances and conflicts
Provide guidance on HR policies and company policies
Promote a positive organizational culture
Administer employee benefits and COBRA paperwork
Manage employee leave requests (FMLA, Paid Family, and medical leave, etc.)
Recruitment and staffing
Prepare HR reports as requested by management
Compliance- ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and best practices
Some travel between locations required, we have locations in Arlington, Monroe, Kent and Auburn
Other duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in HR
Strong people skills!
Friendly and professional demeanor
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Must possess advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office 365
Preferred
Manufacturing experience a plus!
