SR Account Executive - GRC
SaltyCloud is a mission-driven cybersecurity company helping complex organizations manage governance, risk, and compliance (GRC). They are seeking a Senior Account Executive with deep experience in selling GRC and cybersecurity solutions, responsible for owning the full enterprise sales cycle and growing the company pipeline.

Responsibilities
Own and execute the full enterprise sales cycle from qualified opportunity to close
Conduct deep, security-focused discovery to understand risk posture, compliance drivers, and operational gaps
Position Isora GRC from SaltyCloud ability to provide regulatory frameworks such as GLBA, CMMC, HIPAA, NIST, and state-specific requirements
Sell to technical security leaders and executive stakeholders with equal credibility
Navigate complex procurement processes common in regulated industries
Partner closely with SDRs on opportunity qualification
Ensure transition of new customers to Customer Success is successful to improve ability to meet long-term customer outcomes
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and deal notes in HubSpot
Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
Qualification
Required
7+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS
2+ years selling specifically in GRC, cybersecurity, or compliance platforms
Demonstrated experience selling directly to information security teams (CISOs, GRC leaders, security architects)
Ability to provide comprehensive product demos entirely on your own
Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, risk management, and compliance frameworks
Proven success navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
Experience selling into higher education, public sector, healthcare, and/or regulated financial institutions
Strong discovery, qualification, and deal orchestration skills
Comfortable working long, consultative sales cycles with formal procurement
Highly organized, self-directed, and effective in a remote environment
Coachable, resilient, and motivated by complex problem-solving
