Responsibilities
Install, program, service, and test Fire/Life Safety Alarm Systems
Troubleshoot and repair fire alarm and low-voltage systems
Provide professional onsite customer support
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records
Operate company vehicle for field assignments
Assist with upgrades and project work
Qualification
Required
California Fire/Life Safety Technician “Blue Card” certification
WBFAA Graduated Apprentice or Passed Journeyman Exam (Accelerated path acceptable upon completion)
3+ years of fire alarm experience
Experience installing/servicing Fire Life Safety Systems
Eligible for BSIS ACE card
Valid Driver's License with clean record
Strong customer service, professionalism, and reliability
Preferred
Experience with Notifier, FCI Gamewell, Silent Knight, FireLite, Honeywell, DMP, AES Radio, Resideo
Exposure to CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarms, Low-Voltage/IT Networking
NICET certification
Construction or project coordination experience
