Responsibilities
Collaborating with the Division President and Directors of Operations to align HR practices with organizational goals while ensuring compliance with employment laws across multiple states
Strategizing and executing HR initiatives including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, training and development, and compensation and benefits processes
Guiding and supporting employees and supervisors with employee relations and disciplinary matters, while also providing supervisor training for new and existing leaders
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years' experience leading Human Resources in a manufacturing environment
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a business-related field
HR Certification
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices across multiple states
Experience in recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, and training
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Extremely detail-oriented and prudent
