Responsibilities
Sales Order review and processing: Manage the end-to-end sales order cycle, from initial inquiry and quotation to final delivery and invoicing
Logistics Coordination: Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouses to book shipments, arrange pickups, and track delivery status
Customer Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for international clients, resolving inquiries regarding order status, shipping delays, or documentation discrepancies
Investigate Sales Order status and provide feedback as needed
Database Maintenance: Accurately update and maintain export records in our systems
Documentation Management: Prepare and verify critical export documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and Letters of Credit
Make Sales Order changes as needed/requested
Create and maintain customer profiles
Elevate customer issues to Management to assist in resolution
Respond to additional customer, broker and sales inquiries
Back-up to teammates when they are out of office
Qualification
Required
Must be a self-starter and team player
Must be professional and communicate effectively
Attention to Detail: Meticulous accuracy is required to prevent shipment delays, customs fines, or payment rejections
General office experience with emphasis on order processing or data entry
Experience in basic ERP systems; Also, Microsoft Office (excel, word, outlook) preferred
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of Incoterms and HS/Tariff codes
Education: Requires a High School Diploma; An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics is a plus
Preferred
Experience in basic ERP systems; Also, Microsoft Office (excel, word, outlook) preferred
