The role involves installing high-end acrylic and hard-surface bath systems, managing bathroom remodels from start to finish, and working in a supportive and organized environment.
Construction
Responsibilities
Install acrylic wall systems
Install hard-surface and solid shower bases including New Age and Onyx-style
Perform tub-to-shower conversions
Complete wet-area remodels
Install vanities, fixtures, trim, and finishes
Manage full bathroom remodels depending on skill set
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in bathroom remodeling
Strong working knowledge of plumbing basics
Strong working knowledge of acrylic wall systems
Strong working knowledge of hard-surface shower base installation
Strong working knowledge of vanity and countertop installs
Ability to run jobs solo or lead with a helper
Valid driver's license
Own truck and tools
Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Preferred
Basic electrical including fans, switches, and lighting
Flooring such as LVP or tile
Tile installation
Lighting upgrades
