They are seeking a Disposition Agent for their Release Team, responsible for providing accurate market intelligence and conducting Comparative Market Analyses to aid in asset acquisition and sales.

Responsibilities
You provide the Intelligence: You submit forensic, pre-acquisition data (CMAs) on potential buys
We provide the Capital: We use your data to compete in the marketplace
The Exchange: If your valuation is accurate and allows us to win the bid, you win the listing
We evaluate dozens of deals daily
Your CMA is your bid in our internal auction
We aggregate opportunities and deploy capital only to the assets with the highest viable margin
If we don’t buy it, you don’t list it
Qualification
Required
You must adhere to the rigor of a financial analyst and the hustle of a top-tier broker
Your valuation must account for a strict total commission cap of 5% (split between listing and buyer brokers)
Valuations are driven by sold listings from the last 6 months
Precision is mandatory in valuations
You are not a 'Yes Man' and do not inflate values to make deals work
You are a Local Historian with knowledge of specific streets, neighborhoods, and nuances of the market
You are Disciplined and understand that accurate research is essential for future business
