Serve as lead and co-counsel in civil enforcement litigation in federal and state courts, including as trial counsel in preliminary injunction and contempt hearings and bench trials
Handle administrative litigation before the Environmental Review Appeals Commission
Conduct rulemaking reviews
Manage cases

Required

Licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio pursuant to Section 4705.01 of the Ohio Revised Code
Two or more years of litigation experience
Excellent oral, written, and client communication skills

Prior experience with environmental law
2 years or more of litigation experience
