Commercial Insurance Manager

Adriana's Insurance is one of Southern California’s strongest and fastest-growing commercial service providers. They are seeking a strategic, results-driven manager to lead their commercial insurance sales division, drive revenue growth, and optimize performance across multiple business lines.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies that expand market presence and increase revenue across all commercial services
Oversee daily departmental operations to consistently hit and exceed sales targets
Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of sales agents and supervisors with clear KPIs and expectations
Prospect and develop profitable, long-lasting commercial client relationships
Monitor performance metrics, produce analysis reports, and take action based on data-driven insights
Collaborate closely with underwriting, compliance, customer service, training, and marketing to create a seamless client experience
Maintain expert knowledge of commercial insurance products and relevant regulatory requirements (including CA insurance and DMV laws)
Ensure top-tier customer service, compliance, and satisfaction across all offerings
Streamline processes, identify new business opportunities, and increase profitability as the company scales
Build strong onboarding and training programs to develop the next generation of high-performing agents

Required

Active Property & Casualty License (required)
3–5 years of commercial insurance sales experience
At least 2 years in a leadership or management position
Proven success leading sales teams that consistently exceed goals
Strong knowledge of commercial lines: GL, BOP, Workers' Comp, Commercial Auto, etc
Exceptional leadership, communication, and coaching ability
Data-driven decision-making and strong operational discipline
Understanding of California commercial regulations (insurance, DMV, permits, etc.)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Ability to commute to Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730 (Required)
Work Location: In person

Preferred

Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
Experience leading multi-product commercial service teams
CRM/quoting system experience
Existing book of business (a plus)
Commercial Insurance: 3 years (Preferred)
Management: 3 years (Preferred)
Spanish (Preferred)
Property & Casualty License (Preferred)
