Qualification
Required
Proficient in financial modeling with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data
Experience in supporting due diligence processes
Strong knowledge of corporate finance principles and investment banking practices
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication
SIE, Series 63, Series 79. If not currently held, will be required to obtain within 90 days of employment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is a plus; all majors encouraged to apply
Previous experience in M&A, consulting, investment banking, accounting, or a related field is preferred
