Responsibilities
Design, develop, and manage both digital and physical marketing assets (e.g., social media graphics, email templates, brochures, flyers)
Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all internal and external communications and materials
Assist with updates to company websites, manage social media profiles, and coordinate email marketing campaigns
Work closely with the sales team to develop necessary support materials, presentations, and communication tools
Coordinate logistics and attend various marketing and industry events to support promotional efforts and brand exposure
Assist in the planning, filming, and editing of marketing and promotional videos for use across digital platforms
Qualification
Required
Proven experience (1–3 years preferred) in a marketing or branding role
Strong confidence and hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro (or equivalent video editing software)
Demonstrated strong creative skills with a Portfolio showcasing design and/or video editing work
Self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and take initiative
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A-I driven and strong curiosity regarding A-I tools
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, specifically the Sales Team
