Responsibilities
Scan, organize, and file accounting documents and financial records
Respond to internal and external emails promptly and professionally
Assist with the check-signing process and ensure all required documentation is accurate and complete
Process credit card payments with a high level of accuracy and attention to confidentiality
Provide general administrative support to the accounting and administrative teams as needed
