Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and secure new industrial and commercial energy accounts
Expand market presence through proactive prospecting, networking, and competitive positioning
Negotiate and execute customer contracts that align with company pricing strategies and profit goals
Manage and grow an assigned portfolio, ensuring retention and long-term value
Analyze market trends, pricing dynamics, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities
Collaborate with internal operations and trading teams to ensure seamless account setup and service delivery
Monitor credit exposure and coordinate with finance to mitigate risk
Provide timely, data-driven insights and exceptional service to clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
Strong understanding of commodity markets, tariffs, and energy pricing structures
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
Preferred
2–5 years of experience in energy sales preferred
