Investment research

Financial analysis, valuation, and modeling

Industry and competitive analysis

Business diligence

Drafting of memoranda for internal and external use

Assistance in the execution and financing of transactions

Conduct research on companies, industries, and asset classes

Perform all pertinent financial analyses, including discounted cash flow, comparable, and precedent transactions

Prepare due diligence packs for the investment team, providing relevant, informative analytics and background research

Conduct interviews with industry experts

Prepare written summaries and presentation materials for the investment team

Build detailed operating models on prospective deals

Draft information memorandum and marketing materials for the investment team

Provide overall support to investment team

Required

Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student

Anticipated graduation date: Fall 2027 – Spring 2028
