Qualification
Required
JD from an ABA-accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the U.S
Minimum 5 years of active legal practice
Eligible and willing to obtain a Colorado law license
Willing to travel to Colorado annually for training
Strong comfort speaking with clients
Warm, clear, confident communication style
Fast starter who takes initiative
Strong tech skills (Zoom, CRM, Google Workspace)
Organized, process-driven, and reliable

Must be available during Colorado working hours
