Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative assistance to senior leaders, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination
Oversee complex calendars, arrange travel, prepare itineraries, and manage expenses
Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, and financial reports with accuracy
Organize meetings and board sessions, prepare agendas, track action items, and distribute materials
Act as liaison between executives, staff, and external partners while handling sensitive information with discretion
Qualification
Required
2+ years of executive assistant or senior administrative experience, with prior financial services exposure required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experienced with expense management systems (Concur or similar)
Understanding of financial services environments, including fast-paced workflows and compliance requirements
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, while demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and adaptability
