Corporate PPC Analyst

Heartland Home Services is seeking a highly skilled PPC Analyst to manage and optimize paid media campaigns for their residential home services brands. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving qualified leads and will be responsible for executing and analyzing PPC campaigns across various digital platforms.

Responsibilities

Plan, build, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Meta, and other digital platforms
Leverage Fluency to automate workflows, manage creatives, and optimize campaigns at scale
Integrate campaign and performance data with ServiceTitan and other CRM systems to ensure accurate revenue attribution and closed-loop reporting
Conduct keyword research, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to maximize ROI
Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership
Create and maintain reporting dashboards focused on lead volume, CPL, ROAS, revenue contribution, and booking rate
Collaborate with marketing and operations to improve lead quality, call booking efficiency, and revenue conversion
Stay at the forefront of AI-driven search (e.g., ChatGPT, SGE) and emerging digital advertising platforms, assessing opportunities for first-mover advantage
Develop localized strategies for multi-market service areas, including budget allocation and geographic bid adjustments
Monitor trends and platform updates to improve campaign performance and maintain competitive advantage
Manage vendor relationships where applicable and ensure best-in-class PPC execution
Support A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages, and promotional messaging
Provide mentorship to junior analysts and support overall digital strategy

Required

Must reside within the Midwest area
3–5+ years hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns; home services experience strongly preferred
Proficiency in Fluency and ServiceTitan (or similar CRM/field service management platforms)
Deep knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Microsoft Ads
Experience in residential home services markets (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, etc.)
Strong analytical capability with experience using Google Analytics, Looker/Data Studio, or similar tools
Proven ability to optimize campaigns to KPI goals (CPL, ROAS, revenue, bookings)
Strong understanding of attribution models and call-based conversion tracking
Demonstrated ability to evaluate and leverage emerging AI search and digital ad trends to improve performance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and creative teams
Advanced Excel/Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling)
