Responsibilities
Work in a client facing role primarily around tier II and tier III support on all aspects of systems engineering, database administration, development, data interface design, service ticket support
Strong communication and customer interaction skills with proven problem-solving ability to resolve user data issues
Define interaction and interface among different categories of requirements and develop appropriate design to support the requirements while employing engineering methodologies
Experience in extracting, transforming, and loading data for migrations and various data handling needs
Experience in developing complex SQL queries and running scripts
Strong understanding of ERDs, OLTP, OLAP, Oracle administration, Oracle Analytics, and ITSM (ServiceNow), Network troubleshooting, and Helpdesk required
Qualification
Required
Must be a US citizen or a Permanent Resident; ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Science, Engineering or a related technical subject
Must have either Master's degree + 5 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree + 10 years of relevant experience
At least 5 years of demonstrated experience managing a wide variety of technical and administrative projects; including experience in assisting technical staff, team members and contractors
Expertise in documentation, and presentation tools
Exceptional oral and written communication organizational, critical thinking and analysis, meeting facilitation, verbal and written communications, and interpersonal interactions skills

Direct experience with FAA and ATC system
Knowledge of ServiceNow, Jira, or similar change/configuration management tools
Oracle OAS, Power BI and ITSM certifications preferred
