BIM Manager - Senior Architect

Responsibilities
Lead BIM adoption and digital workflows across multidisciplinary teams
Develop, maintain, and enforce firm-wide BIM standards, templates, and workflows
Provide staff training, technical support, and mentorship on Revit and other BIM tools
Set up and manage BIM models, including work-sets, templates, family creation, collaboration settings, and clash detection using Revit, Navisworks, and ACC
Coordinate BIM processes with consultants to ensure model alignment, compliance, and smooth data exchange
Review and evaluate models, software, and workflow improvements to support quality control and enhance efficiency
Serve as senior architect, ensuring design intent through all project phases
Coordinate and mentor architectural teams across multiple offices
Be a technically strong architect who enjoys turning design into buildable systems
Serve as a great mentor/teacher of construction detailing, exterior envelope design, and building constructability
Champion implementation of new workflows and software for enhanced project delivery
Qualification
Required
Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
10+ years of architectural experience, including 5+ years in BIM leadership/digital delivery
Proven experience working on large multidisciplinary design teams and complex projects through all phases
Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, ACC in multi-disciplinary environments
Demonstrated mastery of model coordination, clash detection, LOD standards, and data management (COBie/IFC)
Excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while contributing to innovation and technology development within a collaborative team across remote offices
Comprehensive understanding of building codes, design principles, construction methodologies and detailing, and project delivery
Preferred
Licensed Architect in the U.S
Experience across infrastructure (transportation, utilities, water) and building (civic, aviation, healthcare, education) sectors
Experience with scripting/automation (Dynamo, Python), Revizto, and Autodesk Forma
Proficiency in Bluebeam and MS Office
