Conduct basic market research to identify trends and opportunities
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and/or marketing projects
Develop plans, timelines, and budgets
Creating and managing content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and websites
Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure cohesive marketing strategies
Tracking, monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
At least 2-5 years of experience in marketing or a related field such as promotions, sales, or advertising
Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns
Proficiency in marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot, Bitrix24)
Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaigns and strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies
