Responsibilities

Partners with hiring leaders and Human Resources colleagues to understand available positions and their job specifications/requirements and competencies of priority positions

Employ creative sourcing methods, developing, and implementing advanced staffing processes and systems

Runs deep talent analysis, and execute recruiting strategies that include sourcing, candidate engagement and closing candidates with niche skillsets

Partners with Senior Director of Talent Acquisition to serve as a talent advisor with regards to sourcing best practices that include sourcing strategy, evaluation recruitment techniques and decision making

Leverages talent pipeline strategies that ensure future talent needs are met, and a continuous flow of candidates is established via relational recruitment tactics and proactive recruiting sourcing

Manages and prioritizes multiple searches, advanced projects and business partner relationships

Measures and tracks pipeline activity and share results

Leads and participates in talent acquisition projects

Promotes our employer brand online and in offline forums and platforms

Creates plan to attract and engage past candidates
