Talent Acquisition Specialist
The Children's Village is a community-based organization seeking a Human Resources Specialist to serve as a strategic partner to the HR Team, Managers, and Employees. This role focuses on talent acquisition, onboarding, and training while ensuring effective HR practices aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive human resources support aligned with organizational goals
Provide guidance and execution across talent acquisition, onboarding, and training
Work closely with the HR Business Partners, Director of Human Resources and VP of Human Resources
Manage critical recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain data integrity across HR systems
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related field
Demonstrated proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong typing, telephone, and record-management skills
Ability to quickly learn new systems and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Must possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information accurately and professionally
Preferred
Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and/or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
