Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end HR programs, projects, and initiatives
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and success metrics
Coordinate and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support execution
Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and change management activities
Prepare executive-level updates, reporting, and documentation
Provide guidance to employees and managers on employee relations matters
Support corrective actions, investigations, and performance management processes
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws
Support employee onboarding, role transitions, and offboarding processes
Maintain accuracy and integrity of HR data, systems, and reporting
Qualification
Required
BS/BA in human resources management, business administration or relevant field
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including HR Generalist and HR program or project management experience
Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and project management skills
Ability to manage confidential information in accordance with legal and organizational standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines accurately and professionally
Preferred
HR certification preferred
Healthcare and multi-state experience strongly preferred
