The role involves working with a team to visit customers’ homes, removing unwanted items, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
Each shift starts at our Rochester office, located in the town of Henrietta around the corner from Monroe Community College
You’ll be matched up with your truck team and given your service routes for the day
You’ll head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers’ homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces
You’ll dispose of items in the items responsibly through our recycling, donating and waste management facilities
Qualification
Required
21+ years of age (required for insurance purposes)
Valid standard driver's license
Clean driving record (past 2 years)
A positive, friendly attitude
Physically fit and able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly
Good verbal and written communication skills
Driver's License (Required)
Preferred
Previous customer service, sales, physical labor and/or driving experience a plus!
Ability to Commute: Rochester, NY 14623 (Preferred)
