Responsibilities

Real estate underwriting for all major asset classes and a wide range of transactions, including loan modifications, workouts, restructurings, upsizes, and add-on investments

Assist in the management and servicing of a portfolio of complex private commercial real estate debt investments

Due diligence for lease and budget approvals, property releases, and capital expenditure fundings

Participate in internal and external client meetings and observe the negotiation of contracts

Financial analysis, modeling, and using Argus

Market research, asset tours, borrower relationship management

Competitive analysis

Developing investment committee presentations

Assisting in the execution of transactions including loan modifications, lease approvals, property releases, capital expenditure fundings, and due diligence

Drafting of memoranda for internal and external use
