The Workday Acquisitions Analyst will contribute to the People Technology team by designing and executing system improvements to enhance HR processes and support the growth of Bupa Global insurance business.

Responsibilities

Responsible for supporting the growth of our Bupa Global insurance business through expanding functionality in existing countries or bringing new ones online

Work cross functionally with Workday Consultants to help shape the roadmap and deliver impactful changes to the business and individual countries

Collaborate with the People Technology team and across the business to understand and translate business requirements into functional solutions

Understand the core elements of HR and how HR process and technology serves as an enabler for employee experiences

Release management governance; ensure that delivery is within the governance of the People technology release framework

Provide testing and regression testing support

Stakeholder management within and across the people function and wider business
