Help grow our revenue and scale our startup to a reputed AI solutions R&D global organization
Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to expand market presence and foster innovation
Oversee operational excellence across global teams to ensure delivery of high-quality AI solutions
Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients
Lead organizational growth initiatives including talent acquisition, development, and retention
Ensure financial sustainability through effective management of resources and investments
Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in growing the revenue and scaling the startup to a matured organization
15+ years of proven experience in senior leadership roles within technology or AI-focused organizations
Strong background in business development, sales, management, strategic planning, and organizational leadership
Proven experience in senior leadership roles within technology or AI-focused organizations
Strong background in business management, strategic planning, and financial oversight
Demonstrated success in leading large teams and managing complex projects
Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire teams and engage stakeholders
Experience in healthcare or banking sectors is highly desirable
A track record of driving growth through innovation and strategic partnerships
Authorized to work in United States, No H1B Visa or OPT sponsorship
