Responsibilities
Participate in all team activities - project planning, project execution, maintenance, and support
Provide end-to-end application development from UI/UX, algorithms and code, all the way to testing
Write “clean”, well designed, reusable code
Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or similar
Experience implementing both frontend and backend applications
Web development experience and an eye for good UI
PHP 8+ including familiarity with Laravel or other MVC framework
Python 3.9+
Experience creating frontend UI using HTML/JavaScript
Familiarity with Git version control as well as Git deployment flows
Good understanding of relational databases and experience writing SQL (MySQL preferred, Aurora MySQL is a plus)
Understanding of and implementation of RESTful APIs
3 years of experience with object-oriented programming in a fully typed language
Good understanding of basic data structures and data typing
Knowledge of concepts, best practices, architecture patterns, and software development in general
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Good problem-solving skills
Experience developing scalable, enterprise-level applications
Demonstrated ability to proactively manage tasks, projects, and issues
Self-directed and self-motivated with a proven ability to get things done
Demonstrated team player, as well as a collaborative problem solver
Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work in an iterative prototyping environment with evolving specifications
Preferred
AWS or other cloud environments
Exposure to AI related technologies
Salesforce Flows and APEX
MySQL or other SQL databases
Java or other object-oriented programming languages
Experience with implementing Event Driven architecture
